摘要
摘要:沖擊地壓、煤與瓦斯突出等煤礦典型動力災害的風險判識和監(jiān)控預警是煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重點和難點。在“十三五”期間,針對該問題重點開展了煤礦典型動力災害風險判識及監(jiān)控預警關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及裝備研發(fā)工作,建立了開采擾動和多場耦合疊加效應下煤礦動力災害孕育演化機理和發(fā)生發(fā)展的新理論,提出了煤礦典型動力災害多參量前兆信息智能判識理論及預警模型;開發(fā)了具有故障自診斷、高靈敏、標校周期長的前兆信息采集傳感技術(shù)與裝備;通過對異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)融合、自組網(wǎng)、抗干擾等技術(shù)研究,提出了礦井關(guān)鍵區(qū)域人機環(huán)參數(shù)全面采集、多元信息共網(wǎng)傳輸新方法,為煤礦典型動力災害監(jiān)控預警系統(tǒng)安全無故障運行提供了技術(shù)保障;構(gòu)建了自動化、信息化、智能化預警平臺,平臺具備故障自診斷、高靈敏、響應時間短、標校周期長、抗干擾等功能,預警準確率提升到90 % 以上。通過煤礦典型動力災害監(jiān)測預警基礎(chǔ)研究-關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開發(fā)-應用示范的有機融合,實現(xiàn)了煤礦重大災害災變隱患在線監(jiān)測、智能判識和實時準確預警。

abstract:risk identification, monitoring and early warning of typical coal mine dynamic disasters such as rock burst, coal and gas outburst is the focus and difficulty of coal mine safety production. during the 13th five-year plan period. in order to solve this problem, we carried out the rebbbbbb on the development of key technologies and equipment for risk identification, monitoring and early warning of typical power disasters in coal mines, a new theory of breeding and evolution mechanism and occurrence and development of coal mine dynamic disaster under the effect of mining disturbance and multi-field coupling superbbbbbbbb was established, the inbbbligent identification theory and early warning bbbbbb of multi bbbbbeter precursory inbbbbation of typical dynamic disasters in coal mines were put forward; the precursory inbbbbation acquisition and sensing technology and equipment with fault self-diagnosis, high sensitivity and long calibration period were developed. through the rebbbbbb of heterogeneous data fusion, ad hoc network, anti-interference and other technologies, the comprehensive collection of man-machine environment bbbbbeters and multi inbbbbation in key areas of coal mines are proposed the new bbbbbb of common network transmission provides technical support for the safe and trouble free operation of coal mine typical power disaster monitoring and early warning system. an automatic, inbbbbatized and inbbbligent early warning platbbbb is constructed, which realizes the functions of fault self diagnosis, high sensitivity, short response time, long calibration period, anti-interference, etc., and the early warning accuracy is improved to more than 90 %. through the organic integration of early warning basic rebbbbbb, key technology development and application demonstration has realized online monitoring, inbbbligent identification and real-time accurate early warning of hidden major disasters in coal mine have been realized.
