(2)熔燒結(jié)合方式的缸體與銅套,修復(fù)方法如下:(a)采用研磨棒,手工或機(jī)械方法研磨修復(fù)缸孔;(b)采用座標(biāo)鏜床,重新鏜缸體孔;(c)采用鉸刀修復(fù)缸體孔。
(3)采用“表面工程技術(shù)”,方法如下:(a)電鍍技術(shù):在柱塞表面鍍一層硬鉻;(b)電刷鍍技術(shù):在柱塞表面刷鍍耐磨材料;(c)熱噴涂或電弧噴涂或電噴涂:噴涂高碳馬氏體耐磨材料;(d)激光熔敷:在柱塞表面熔敷高硬度耐磨合金粉末。
(4)缸體孔無(wú)銅套的缸體材料大都是球墨鑄鐵的,在缸體內(nèi)壁上制備非晶態(tài)薄膜或涂層。因?yàn)楦左w孔內(nèi)壁有了這種特殊物質(zhì),所以才能組成硬—硬配對(duì)的磨擦副。如果盲目地研磨缸體孔,把缸體孔內(nèi)壁這層表面材料研掉,磨擦更加的結(jié)構(gòu)性能也就改變了。被去掉涂層的磨擦副,如果強(qiáng)行使用,就會(huì)磨擦面溫度急劇升高,柱塞桿與缸孔發(fā)生膠合。
5、另外在柱塞桿表面制備一種獨(dú)特的薄膜涂層,涂層含有減磨+耐磨+潤(rùn)滑功能,這組磨擦副實(shí)際還是硬-軟配對(duì),一旦人地改變涂層,也就破壞了佳配對(duì)材料的磨擦副,修理這些特殊的柱塞泵,就要送到專業(yè)修理廠。
