DAEYEON轉(zhuǎn)換器DY-ISO-3-A4AA1AN DY-ISO-3-B4AA1AN立式冷卻有所需安裝面積小、安裝方便等特點(diǎn)。冷油有壓降較小、抗水沖擊性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),因此根據(jù)不同的場(chǎng)地、空間高度、使用性能等要求正確選用立式或冷油器,能更好地發(fā)電機(jī)組及其它設(shè)備的需要。(1)冷卻器試驗(yàn)合格后,方可投用,啟用前排盡內(nèi)部存水。(2)檢查各倒淋、放空閥是否靈活好用及開(kāi)關(guān)位置,壓力表、溫度計(jì)是否全部裝好。(3)檢查基礎(chǔ)、支座是否牢固,各部螺栓是否滿扣、緊固。(4)投用時(shí),先投冷流,后投熱流。(5)在投用冷介質(zhì)或熱介質(zhì)時(shí),首先要保證副線暢通,再開(kāi)出口閥,檢查無(wú)問(wèn)題后開(kāi)入口閥,一定要開(kāi),防止憋壓。投用要注意觀察設(shè)備變化情況。冷卻器投用后,隨著溫度壓力的變化,可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)泄漏現(xiàn)象。

而且還具有比硅整流元件(俗稱"死硅")更為可貴的可控性。它只有導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷兩種狀態(tài)??煽毓枘芤院涟布?jí)電流控制大功率的機(jī)電設(shè)備,如果超過(guò)此功率,因元件開(kāi)關(guān)損耗顯著,允許通過(guò)的平均電流相,此時(shí),標(biāo)稱電流應(yīng)降級(jí)使用。可控硅的優(yōu)點(diǎn)很多,例如:以小功率控制大功率,功率放大倍數(shù)高達(dá)幾十萬(wàn)倍;反應(yīng)極快,在微秒級(jí)內(nèi)開(kāi)通、關(guān)斷;無(wú)觸點(diǎn)運(yùn)行,無(wú)火花、無(wú)噪音;效率高,成本低等等。可控硅的弱點(diǎn):靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)的過(guò)載能力較差;容易受而誤導(dǎo)通??煽毓鑿耐庑紊戏诸愔饕校郝菟ㄐ巍⑵桨逍魏推降仔???煽毓柙慕Y(jié)構(gòu)不管可控硅的外形如何,它們的管芯都是由P型硅和N型硅組成的四層P1N1P2N2結(jié)構(gòu)。見(jiàn)圖1。它有三個(gè)PN結(jié)(JJJ3)。過(guò)篩機(jī)制將捕獲因尺寸較大, 無(wú)法通過(guò)過(guò)濾結(jié)構(gòu)孔徑的顆粒。ASFLOW生產(chǎn)的超高純管道和管材, 采用了先進(jìn)的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂技術(shù), 可用于半導(dǎo)體和應(yīng)用。ASFLOW使用的材料
