整套自動生產(chǎn)線改變了加工消火栓箱箱體靠剪板折彎手工制作的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝。
具體表現(xiàn)為：四邊一塊板料加底板組成箱體外殼。（生產(chǎn)工藝：自動送料、沖孔、封邊、折彎、成型、一次完成）。消火栓箱殼體高度、寬度、深度隨意變化，快速調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)工藝無廢料，一個人即可操作生產(chǎn)。大量減少了焊接和打磨工序，節(jié)省了人工,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

消火栓箱是指用于存放消火栓的箱子，是起火的時候用來滅火的，要配水帶，水槍等，安裝方式有明裝式、暗裝式、半暗裝式。目前市場的需求量是非常大的，而且運輸費用相對比較高，所以各地消防箱生產(chǎn)廠家都比較均勻，但是要適應(yīng)當(dāng)下工業(yè)制造的形式，企業(yè)就必須要進(jìn)行智能升級。
遇有火警時，根據(jù)箱門的開啟方式，按下門上的彈簧鎖，銷子自動退出，拉開箱門后，取下水槍拉轉(zhuǎn)水帶盤，拉出水帶，同時把水帶接口與消火栓接口連接上，拔動箱體內(nèi)公里壁的電源開關(guān)，把室內(nèi)消火栓手輪順開啟方向旋開，即能進(jìn)行噴水滅火。

麻質(zhì)襯膠水帶(20或25米)，消火栓(DN65或DN50)，水槍(φ16-19)，指示紅燈，報警按鈕，消防泵起泵按鈕，自救式消防軟管卷盤(20或25米)。
