實際應(yīng)用發(fā)現(xiàn)，使用傳統(tǒng)的非隔離穩(wěn)壓電源供電的系統(tǒng)，常常受到各種干擾，如浪涌、靜電等，導(dǎo)致電路不能正常工作或系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)恼`碼率高，甚至出現(xiàn)故障損壞等。
為提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及可靠性，建議客戶在設(shè)計工控類產(chǎn)品的前級電源時，盡量選擇帶隔離的電源模塊；在工作環(huán)境較好，要求不高的場合，系統(tǒng)前級電源可選擇非隔離的電源模塊。
（2）方案推薦一：采用帶隔離的寬壓輸入電源模塊寬電壓輸入系列DC-DC模塊，轉(zhuǎn)換效率高，高低溫度特性好，帶容性負載能力強，具有完善的保護功能，可持續(xù)短路，標準引腳方式，UL94-V0阻燃封裝，自然冷卻，無需外加散熱片，無需外加元件可直接使用，可直接焊在PCB板上。電路結(jié)構(gòu)為閉環(huán)反饋系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)部框圖如圖 1.1所示。特別適合于DC輸入的系統(tǒng)前級供電
不需要隔離措施，可選擇寬壓輸入非隔離輸出的電源模塊，其內(nèi)部框圖如圖1.3所示。使用時，根據(jù)實際需要，可在模塊的輸入端安裝絲、瞬態(tài)保護二極管和防止輸入電壓反接的保護二極管，可以有效防止電路反接、輸入瞬態(tài)過壓和因模塊失效造成輸入端的短路。建議絲選用熔斷時間小于10ms、額定電流大于2倍模塊輸入電流的慢速絲。
