整機特性：

2.數(shù)字鎖相技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)頻率自動跟蹤，極大的優(yōu)化金屬的加熱過程，實現(xiàn)高效快速加熱，產(chǎn)品優(yōu)越性得到極大發(fā)揮；
3.100%滿負(fù)載持續(xù)率設(shè)計，可連續(xù)24小時不間斷工作，可配紅外測溫儀，實現(xiàn)溫度的自動控制，提高加熱質(zhì)量，簡化人工操作；
4.保護功能完善，具有過壓、過熱、過流、欠水、缺相等多種故障狀態(tài)保護和顯示，提拱更高的可靠性和耐用性，維修率低；
5.加熱-保溫-冷卻三段時間可分別獨立調(diào)節(jié)，獲得所需的加熱保溫過程，在一定程度上有效地控制加熱曲線和加熱溫度，適應(yīng)批量化、重復(fù)性、快速加熱的工件。應(yīng)用于釬焊中時，采用快速加熱和保溫功能相結(jié)合，既實現(xiàn)快速加熱，同時又可在焊料熔化時進行保溫，使焊料充分鋪展；
6.加熱功率和保溫功率均可調(diào)節(jié) ，頻率越高加熱濃度越淺，頻率越低透熱性越好；
7.操作簡單，設(shè)備給出端為安全電壓，不會傷及人身安全。
Main Features:

4.Perfect protecting functions,include “over-current, over voltage, water shortage, lack of phase and other fault state self-protected and display”,also some other necessary functions which will ensure our heater’s higher reliability and durability;
5.The time of three stages:“Heating”,”Maintain Temperature”,”Cooling” can be adjusted separaby. Furthermore,the function of adjusting the power of ”Maintain Temperature” independently will be effective to control the heating curve and the heating temperature,suitable for workpiece of mass production,repeatability,rapid heating.when used in brazing,adopt combination of rapid heating and maintain temperature,not only heating fast,also solder spread out fully;
6.Easily operate and the output voltage is safe for operator.
